We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess fleet eligibility, plan and manage advertising campaigns, contact you about campaigns that may suit your vehicles, maintain records, and improve our services. Where you have asked to receive marketing, we may contact you about relevant campaigns and network updates. You can opt out at any time.
We process personal data on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR: to perform a contract or take steps before entering one (for fleet partners and campaign delivery); our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business; your consent (for marketing communications and certain cookies); and compliance with legal obligations.
We share information with fleet operators and vehicle owners involved in a campaign, and with production and installation partners who help deliver campaigns. Fleet and campaign records are retained for the duration of the relationship and a reasonable period afterwards; inactive enquiry data is reviewed and deleted on a regular schedule.
