These terms govern your use of the Kerbside website and any campaign or fleet registration you make with us.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Kerbside website and any enquiry, registration or agreement you make with us. By using the site or contacting us about a campaign or fleet, you accept these terms. 'Kerbside', 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Kerbside Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. 'You' refers to any visitor, brand, or fleet operator using our services.

Using our website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, or scrape content without permission. We may update, suspend or withdraw the site at any time without notice and accept no liability for any resulting loss.

Campaign enquiries

Submitting a campaign enquiry is a request for information, not a binding agreement. Any campaign is subject to a separate agreement that sets out scope, duration, pricing, vehicle mix and geography. We may decline an enquiry where a vehicle is ineligible, a campaign is impractical, or for any reasonable commercial reason.

Fleet registration

Registering a fleet expresses your interest in carrying advertising. It is not a guarantee that your vehicles will be selected or that you will earn revenue. Eligibility depends on vehicle type, condition, location, route and applicable rules. Where a campaign is agreed, a separate fleet agreement will set out campaign length, payment and obligations. Payments are made on the terms set out in that agreement.

Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, cooperate with production and installation, and operate vehicles safely and lawfully. Fleet operators must maintain valid insurance, licensing and roadworthiness throughout any campaign, and notify us of any change that could affect a campaign.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and vehicle imagery, is owned by or licensed to Kerbside and protected by UK and international law. Brand creative shown in campaign examples belongs to the relevant brand. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse site content without our written permission.

Campaign creative

Advertising creative is produced by or on behalf of Kerbside and the relevant brand. Fleet operators may not alter, remove or copy creative without consent, and must allow managed installation and removal. Ownership of creative remains with the brand or its licensors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we provide our services on an 'as is' basis and exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

Your use of the site and services is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal data. Please read it alongside these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where we agree otherwise in writing.
